SAFEMATE ships to the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.
All orders currently ship from China.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses, including APO, FPO, and DPO addresses. Please provide a complete physical delivery address when placing your order.

Orders are shipped through China Post. Your shipment confirmation email will include tracking details so you can follow your package's progress.

- Import duties are covered by SAFEMATE. You do not need to pay additional import duties when your order arrives.

🔎 How Can I Track My Order?
After your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking information.
Use the tracking link in that email to check delivery updates. If you need help locating your tracking information or your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, contact us with your order number.
